She loves the energy of working with pregnant mamas - her Prenatal yoga practice cultivates a deeper connection for mums and their babies, instilling confidence in their ability to nourish, grow and give birth.
Vanessa teaches a nurturing practice designed to relax, restore and strengthen the ever-changing pregnant body through breath work, toning, asana and meditation.

Each Prenatal Yoga yoga class includes:
