Vanessa's post natal practice is designed to strengthen and tone your body as you release common areas of tightness associated with motherhood. Mums and Bubs yoga is a time of building community with other mums - a class where anything goes and everything is welcome - feel free to feed, change your baby or just have a cuddle with your newborn. Suitable post your 6 week check up and for babies up to 10 months.
