Combining our expertise in midwifery, pre-natal yoga & acupressure, we have designed the class to encourage you & your partner to work together & therefore enable you to cope during the process of labour & birth & parenthood. We are passionate about promoting an active yet calm labour & birth by providing you & your partner with the essential knowledge & techniques to equip you during an often exciting yet anxious time.
