As birth educators, our aim is to help you achieve your best birth with the love and support of your partner.
Bring it on Baby conduct 5 hour antenatal workshops in Bondi and the Central Coast or in the privacy of your home.
Sisters and founders Kate and Vanessa have helped hundreds of happy couples prepare for their births. Kate – a Midwife and Vanessa a Prenatal yoga teacher look forward to offering education, practical partner supported techniques and insight to assist with the birth of your baby and parenthood.
We want you to feel prepared for labour & birth and early parenting with our 5 hour birthing class. Combining our expertise in midwifery, pre-natal yoga & acupressure, we have designed the class to encourage you & your partner to work together & therefore enable you to cope during the process of labour & birth & parenthood. We are passionate about promoting an active yet calm labour & birth by providing you & your partner with the essential knowledge & techniques to equip you during an often exciting yet anxious time.
Kate, a Midwife & Vanessa, a Prenatal Yoga Instructor believe women who feel supported & encouraged have positive birth and motherhood experiences.
Vanessa believes yoga is for everybody and at any life stage - the opportunity to transform and grow to your best potential with yoga is an incredible and ongoing life journey.
Bring it on Babies Pre Natal Yoga classes are held at Body Mind Life in Surry Hills, Sydney.
Yoga is a wonderful practice to support you during pregnancy and to prepare you for birth.
Once your little one is born you can continue your practice with your bub and learn ways to soothe your baby as you work to strengthen, tone and get back to your pre-baby body.

Mums & Bubs Yoga
It's time to come back to the mat and make some time for you as you enjoy yoga with your little one. Vanessa's post natal practice is designed to strengthen and tone your body as you release common areas of tightness associated with motherhood.
Our aim is to prepare each and every mama for a calm and confident birth - while knowledge of the body, the role of hormones and signs and stages of labour is key to facing birth with confidence, if taught in isolation without calming and centering techniques it can often lead to more anxiety in pregnant women.
When your beautiful baby is first born and put on to your chest for that important Skin to Skin contact and Breastfeed, the Midwives are assessing your baby to ensure it is healthy and adapting to life outside of the Uterus.
