Sisters and founders Kate and Vanessa have helped hundreds of happy couples prepare for their births. Kate – a Midwife and Vanessa a prenatal yoga teacher look forward to offering education, practical partner supported techniques and insight to assist with the birth of your baby and parenthood.
We want you to feel prepared for labour & birth and early parenting with our Antenatal classes. Combining our expertise in midwifery, pre-natal yoga & acupressure, we have designed the class to encourage you & your partner to work together & therefore enable you to cope during the process of labour & birth & parenthood. We are passionate about promoting an active yet calm labour & birth by providing you & your partner with the essential knowledge & techniques to equip you during an often exciting yet anxious time.
