Vanessa is a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years experience, Since the birth of her own children, Vanessa has honed her skills in the area of pre and post natal yoga to support women during this incredible time of transformation. Yoga is a wonderful practice to support you during pregnancy and to prepare you for birth. Once your little one is born you can continue your practice with your bub and learn ways to soothe your baby as you work to strengthen, tone and get back to your pre-baby body.
Vanessa is teaching at the following studios across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Private sessions can also be arranged in your own home.
