I have been attending Vanessa's Prenatal classes for the past 5 months- my last class was just last week!
I just wanted to write and let her know that I gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Robert, on the weekend. Without any expectations the labour ended up being a well paced, natural water birth at full term. Thank you Vanessa for all the beautiful breathing exercises, mantras and strength to get through it!
