Come onto all 4's on the ground with a mat or folded blanket/towel cushioning the knees, As you inhale inflate your gorgeous belly like a giant ballon & as you exhale gently contract and hug your baby to your spine. Keep this going for 10 rounds working with a slow even breath in and out of the nostrils. You will strengthen your transversus abdominus muscles to assist your body in the carrying of your baby, these deep muscles stabilize our core and enhance posture. This exercise also tones these abdominal muscles so they can more easily release in childbirth.
