  • A Mantra to prepare you for birth

    Sit quietly with your back supported by a wall in a deep yogic squat, it is fine to seat your buttock on the floor or onto a pillow. Let your elbows gently press into your inner thighs and allow your pelvis to sink.  Come into stillness and a smooth slow breath, breathing in and out of your nostrils. Repeat to yourself "as I inhale I open and as I exhale I let go".  Be completely comfortable with the feeling of letting go - your baby will be born in a profound moment of letting go.  Repeat this mantra for 10 rounds of breath.
