Cat cow, hip circles and child's pose are just a few of the exercises you can be doing each day. A gentle daily walk as well as an afternoon nap or relaxation should also be a daily occurrence. Book yourself in for a pregnancy massage or some pampering like a pedicure. You deserve it Mamma!
