    Feeling pelvic pressure? It is most likely the baby's head engaging. Yoga exercises taught at Bring it on Baby can help this pressure alleviate. Cat cow, hip circles and child's pose are just a few of the exercises you can be doing each day. A gentle daily walk as well as an afternoon nap or relaxation should also be a daily occurrence. Book yourself in for a pregnancy massage or some pampering like a pedicure. You deserve it Mamma!
