Reclining Buddha offers a great sequence to stretch out the hamstrings and quadriceps - which can become quite tight due to the extra weight of your baby. Lay on your side and support the back of your head with your hand. Knees are at a right angle to your hips and shoulders. Bring the heel of the top leg to your buttocks for a quad stretch. Extend top leg up and towards the shoulder to stretch the hamstrings. Lower top leg and finish with a massage of the top hip joint. Repeat on the other side.
